Candice obtained her LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg.

She went on to complete her articles and subsequently became a Legal advisor. Subsequent to that, Candice joined a Boutique Law firm as the Head of the Magistrates Court Debt review department. Candice then joined a well-known B-BBEE Consulting Agency as a Transformation Consultant and Contracts Manager.

In addition to her B-BBEE and Business Development experience, Candice also has experience in project management, litigation, drafting and vetting of contracts, B-BBEE Ownership Trusts and BBBEE Ownership transaction agreements.

Candice is an admitted attorney of the High Court, a member of the Black Lawyers Association, a member of the Business Women’s Association, a member of the IODSA and a graduate of the GIBS Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Certificate Programme for Women Entrepreneurs.

She is also a founding member of the Melisizwe Computer Project whose mandate is to ensure learners and unemployed youth in underprivileged areas have access to computers and gives them technology skills.
